【摘要】 针对一些人对医药分业的模糊认识,阐述了医药分业的由来和含义,介绍了国外和我国香港、台湾地区医药分业的实际情况,提出了与医药分离(分家)论者不同的观点,指出医药不能分家(分离),医院药学是医院工作的重要组成部分。建议行政主管部门根据区域划分和 GNP要求及现有制药企业的实力,按市场规律进行调整;强化医药流通领域的规范化管理,坚决整顿和改变“百业经药”的混乱状况;理顺体制,改变多头领导、政出多门的局面;加强法制建设,加大对不法经营药品行为的打击力度;保护医院合理的批零差价,抑制折扣让利率;健全医院药品管理法规和制度,强化医院药事管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical services and hospital pharmacies should become professionally more interrelated rather than separated, so as to facilitate the development of quality, effectiveness and efficiency on these aspects: better use of latest scientific, technological and information resources; assessment, selection and purchase of drugs to ensure good- quality drugs’s rapid and effective dispensation to hospital patients; construction of the legal system for regulation of chaotic phenomena in the fields of circulation and production of drugs in general society; and perfection of policies and procedures relating to the ihtrahospital distribution, administration, preparation and evaluation of drugs, according to types, size, service tasks and other concrete conditions of various hospitals.更多还原
