【摘要】 目的:探讨颌骨造釉细胞瘤重要的X线表现及相关问题。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的64例颁骨造釉细胞瘤X线平片。结果:X线表现为多房型38例(59.4％),单房型11例(17.2％),蜂窝型7例(10.9％),混合型8例(12.5％)。结论:颌骨造釉细胞瘤重要的X线表现:弧形锐利的房间隔、蜂窝状的结构、分叶状切迹及局限性骨硬化的肿瘤边缘、瘤区牙根锯齿状或截根状吸收、根间浸润、及牙槽嵴骨质易遭破坏等。这些有一定特征性的征象在本病的诊断及鉴别诊断中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpost: To investigate the important roentgenologic findings with ameloblastoma of the jaw and its relative problems. Materials and Methods: The X - ray films of 64 cases with ameloblastoma of the jaw which were diagnosed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analysed. Results; The X- ray films of 38 cases (59.4%) show multilocular radiolucencies, 11 cases (17.2%) show unilocular, 7 cases (10.9%) show alveolate, the rest of 8 cases (12.5%) show mixed. Conclusion; The important roentgenologic findings of ameloblastoma of the jaw include; curved and sharp multilocular septa, alveolate loculi, loculated notches and localized bone sclerosis in the edge of the tumor, the eroded and absorbed teeth roots in the tumor like sawteeth or cut - off - root, the tumor infiltrating betwwen the roots of teeth, and cristae alveoli easily destructed. These findings played an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ameloblastoma.更多还原
