【摘要】 为了降低宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留、尿瘘及泌尿道感染等并发症的发生率，对39例早期宫颈癌病例，在实施根治术的同时作输尿管悬吊，部分阴道重建和磅胱造瘘术。结果表明，上述方法能显著降低术后尿屡及泌尿道感染发生率，并能有效延长阴道长度和缩短住院时间，具有良好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 To decrease the incidence of urine retention, fistula and urinary infection af ter Wertheim’s hysterectomy for early cervical carcinoma. Methods: while performing radical hysterectomy at closing the process-end, we accomplished the operation on ureteral suspension, partial vaginal reconstructon and suprabupic cystostomy. Results:These new methods could decrease the incidence of fistula and urinary infection signifi cantly, increase the length of vagina and decrease the days of hospitalization after Wertherm’s hysterectomy. Conclusion: These methods are effective to decrease the in cidence of postoperative complications and have an important value in clinical practice.更多还原
