【Abstract】 Three 2alkenyl4(1H)quinolone compounds(I～III) were synthesized by two methods. III is a new compound from Evodia rutaecarpa and was synthesized through the reaction of the aldehyde intermediate(5) with Wittig reagent. The other two compounds were synthesized for the first time. These compounds showed vasodilating and antibacteria effects in pharmacological tests.更多还原
