【摘要】 本文根据理论分析和实验数据得出大鼠体重Ｗ与其足体积Ｖ、足表面积Ｓ的相关曲线分别为：Ｖ＝－０．３７７８＋０．００７７７８Ｗ和Ｓ＝－３．０５４＋０．２９６５Ｗ２／３，实测值与理论值最大相对误差分别小于５．７％和４．４％，比表面积约为３５．４ｃｍ２／ｋｇ体重。因此可根据稳定易测的大鼠体重分别方便地计算其足体积和足表面积，借以求出给药剂量更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theoretic analysis and the data,the correlation curves between the body weight W,foot volume V and foot surface area S of rats were obtained:V=-0.3778+0.007778 W and S=-3.054+0.2965 W2/3.The maximal errors between theory value and practical value were less then 5.7% and 4.4%,respectively.The specific surface area was 35.4 cm2/kg body weight.Thus,the foot volume V and the foot surface area S of rats can be calculated conveniently according to its body weight which can be easily measured,and can reckon out the administered drug dosage.更多还原
