低强度半导体绿色激光血管内照射对犬SOD和LPO水平影响的实验研究(四)

【摘要】 本实验通过低强度半导体绿色激光血管内照射健康犬以观察其对犬SOD和LPO水平的影响,并用同功率的He-Ne激光与之对照。结果表明:照射前后犬的SOD浓度明显提高,LPO浓度明显下降,且同功率红光和绿光的作用效果无显著差异

【Abstract】 Recently,We chose Semiconductor Green Laser to irradiate canine by intravenous irradiation and studied its safe limits.We discovered that the laser can result the damage of different extent.But it is revertible after 6~10 days.In order to study the biological effects of the laser,We observed the changes of some indexes,and compared with those of the HeNe laser when the powers were 1.5 mW,1.0 mW and 0.5 mW.In this paper,We attached imporatance to investigate its sustained effects so as to give experiment evidence of clinical application.The result shows that the sustained effects of the green laser is more than those of the red one.
