肺动脉高压模型的血液动力学和流变学性状分析

【摘要】 通过实验观察了野百合碱(MCT)对实验大鼠血液动力学和流变学两方面作用,利用数学分析计算了其对肺血流量的影响。结果表明:MCT引起肺动脉压升高68%(P<0.001),血管壁厚度增加330%(P<0.01),内径减少31%(P<0.01),血浆粘度下降8.5%(P<0.05),用Casson方程计算肺循环血流量减少了24%,推论MCT引起的大鼠血液流变学变化可能是血流动力学变化的结果。

【Abstract】 The effects of monocrotaline on hemodynamics and hemorrheology of rats were investigated.Mean while,the influence of MCT on pulmonary blood flow was calculated by mathematical analysis.The results showed that MCT elevated pulmonary artery pressure by 68% (P<0.001),increased pulmonary vascular wall thickness by 330%(P<0.01),decreased lumen cavity area by 31% (P<0.01),reduced plasma viscosity by 8.5% (P<0.05).Using Casson equation,it was found that pulmonary blood flow decreased 24% by MCT.therefore we considered that MCT caused hemodymamic changes might be followed by hemorrheologic change.
