【摘要】 对青岛地区86例抗HCV阳性肝炎患者血清,采用逆转录-套式基因扩增法(RT-PCR)检测HCV·RNA,并用多引物扩增进行基因分型.结果,HCV·RNA阳性50例(58.1%),其中HCVⅡ型45例(90.0%)、Ⅲ型3例、Ⅱ/Ⅲ混合型2例.说明青岛地区HCV基因以Ⅱ型为主,应据此设计预防和治疗措施.更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyse the genotype of HCV in Qingdao area ,86 anti-HCV positive sera from different groups in Qingdao area were detected by RT-PCR to analyse their genotype. The results showed ,50 HCV · RNA positive,in which HCV type I infection 45(90. 0%),HCV type I 3 and HCV type I / I co infection 2. These results indicated that HCV genotype in Qingdao was mainly type I ,then we should make the precaution and therapy methods accordingly.更多还原
