【摘要】 对环下颌骨下缘肿物手术前后对面容美观的影响研究，结果表明：术前肿物直径大于２ｃｍ时对面部美感有一定的影响，有周围组织整体隆起感的肿物对面部美感的影响明显大于有直接突出感的肿物。本组肿物切除后均无明显的组织缺损，不影响美观。环下颌骨下缘的手术切口比较隐蔽，尤其是小切口术后一般很难察觉，亦不影响美观，值得推广的是皮内缝合很受患者的欢迎。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of operation on the mass surrounding-submandibular regions onface beauty was studied in this article. The results indicated that it will affect face sense ofbeauty as encircling-submandibular regions mass outstrip 2 cm in diameters preoperation especially the protrusion of mass involved in surround tissue is more effective face aestheticfeeling than the protrusion of mass itself- There is no tissue defect and no influence aestheticfeeling postoperation- It is also not affect face beautiful because the incision is quite concealment and it is not ease to notice especially in small incision in surrounding-submandibular regions.
