【摘要】 为掌握杭州市优势蚊种淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的敏感程度,应用现场品系与敏感品系相比较的方法进行了测定。结果表明现场品系的蚊种对溴氰菊酯的敏感性下降了7.5倍,对敌敌畏下降了5.04倍,对残杀威下降3.3倍,对氯菊酯和三氯杀虫酯分别下降了2.1和1.9倍。提示所试的几种药物对淡色库蚊虽未引起明显抗药性,但应注意合理用药延缓抗药性的增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 The susceptibility of the dominant mosquitoes in the urban area of hangzhou, culex pipiens pallens,to five cinventional insecticides has been estimated,with the comparsion measmement between the wigglers obtained on-the-spot to that of the sensitive standard ones. Our results showed that,contract to the standard strains,the susceptibilities of the wild wigglers obtained have decreased to 7. 5 times to Deltamethrin;5. 04 times to Dichlorvos;3. 3 times to sunside,2. 1 times to permethrin and 1. 9 times to Baygon MEB,respectively.The observation we made suggested that despite the distinct insecticides-resistance has not be found among the dominant mosquitoes in Hangzhou city,special attention be paid in rational applying conventional insecticideses,so that the efficiency of common drugs would be lengthened.更多还原
