【摘要】 目的比较LASIK及PRK治疗中低度近视的疗效。方法LASIK手术152眼，等值球镜－2．00D～－6．00D平均－4．97±0．90D；PRK手术230眼，等值球镜－1．00D～6．00D，平均－4．11±1．03D。术后随访12月以上，比较两种方法的可预测性、有效性、安全性及稳定性。结果LASIK及PRK术后12月裸眼视力≥1．0者分别达95．4％及96．5％；屈光度在±1．00D以内的分别达94．7％及94．8％；各有1眼矫正视力较术前下降超过2行以上；各有2眼及13眼眼压较术前升高超过1．07kPa。结论LASIK术和PRK治疗中、低度近视的疗效基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results of LASIK and PRK for correc tion of low to moderate myopia. Methods We studied 152 eyes of 97 patients of spherical equivalent of- 2.00D to - 6.00D(average - 4.97 ± 0.90D)who received LASIK and 230 eyes of 123 patients of spherical equivalent of - 1.00D t0 - 6.00D(average-4. 11±1.03D)who re ceived PBK.All patients have been followed up for 12 months or longer.Results Comparing LASIK with PRK,the corneal refraction power tend to be stable since 3 month postoperatively. Uncorrected visual acuity was 1.0 or better in 145 eyes (95.4%)or 222 eyes(96.5%). 144 eyes (94.7%) or 218 eyes (94. 8%) had a refraction within ±1.00D 12 months after surgery.One eye (0.7%)or 13 eyes (5.7% )had IOP rise great than 1.07KPa. One eye(0.7% or 0.4%)got the spectacle best corrected visual acuity lower than two more lines. Conclusions For cor rection of low to moderate myopia, LASIK and PRK has same safety, effi cacy, stability, and predictability. The surgeons can make a choise ac cording to real conditions to treat the low to moderate myopia.更多还原
