【摘要】 为探讨玻璃体切除术的治疗效果及其相关因素，对34例玻璃体切除术进行了回顾性研究，对不同病情联合白内障摘出、或联合后房人工晶状体植入、异物搞出术。近期和远期治愈率分别为70．8％和30.6％。白内障治愈率为50％，作者认为玻璃体切除术是治疗玻璃体视网膜病变的有效方法；术前全面检查对手术并发症的处理及手术成败非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to probe into the clinical effect and related factors , a review study of vitrectomy with 34 cases was conduct.Cataract extravction, vitrectomy,IOL,foreign body extraction were performed for various cases. Variors complications were analysed.Results show that long-term and short-term cure rate was 30.6% and 70.8% .The cure rate was 50% in cataract cases and 19.7% in perforation injure It is suggested that vitrectomy be a effective method for treationg vitreoretinal deseases.A full examination before operation is very important for surgical success.更多还原
