【摘要】 对64例72眼原发性青光眼滤过术后眼压不降的原因进行分析，结果表明各种原因所致滤过泡不形成或形成不良33眼（46．0％），睫状环阻塞性青光眼14例17眼（23．6％），引流道失效19眼（26．4％），包裹性囊样包3眼（4．2％）。其中46％以上的术后眼压不降病例是可以避免的，关键在于提高手术操作技能，术前术后恰当处理。术中术后抗代谢药物和应用可调整缝线是非常有用的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reason of 64 cases (72 eyes) of uncontrollable ittraocular presure after glaucoma filtering operations were analized, the results cemonstrate that various reasons results in filtering bleb unformed (33eyes, 46.0% ),malignant glaucoma (17 eyes of 14 cases,23 .6% ), ineffective of filtering tract (19 eyes,26.4% ), encasulated filtering bleb (3eyes, 4. 2%).
