【摘要】 报告61眼（55例）颞侧透明角膜隧道切口，超声乳化摘出白内障折叠式人工晶状体植入术的方法和疗效观察。术后1天和1周裸眼或矫正视力≥0．5者分别占52．46％和75．41％。术后1月和3月裸眼或矫正视力≥21．0者分别为73．77％和72．13％。散光术后3月为0．59±0．61。结果表明：本术具有切口自闭性好、无需缝线、手术操作方便、术后视力恢复快、角膜散光小和并发症轻等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 We reported the clinical results of the cataract extraction by pha-coemulsification in situ or with rotatory method and foldable intraocular lens implantation through a self-sealing corner incision in the temporal quadrant on 61 eyes of 55 patients. Post-operatively, the visual acuities were 0.5 or better in 52.46% at the first day and one week,and were 1.0 or beter in 73.77% and 72.13% at one month and three months.Themean post-operative astigmatism were 0.59±0.61 at three months.The result reflects:This operation provided with self-sealing sutureless, ad-vantageous operation, fast restoration of visual acuity, minimum postopera-tive astigmatism and less complication.更多还原
