【Abstract】 To study the dynamic changes of the collagen synthesis in the pro cess of comeal wound healing . By the methods of radioautography and liguid scintillation counting, we observe the collagen synthesis of rabbit comea in different stages after comeal incision Collagn synthesis is more active than normal on the 7th, 14th,21th, and 90th day after comeal inci sion.
