龙葵多糖的分离、纯化和鉴定

【摘要】 从中草药龙葵 (Solanum Nigrum L)的水提取液中分离得到两种多糖 SNL- 1、SNL- 2。分别经比旋光度法、凝胶柱层析法分析 ,证实均为单一组分。SNL- 1、SNL- 2经酸水解、Smith法降解 ,红外光谱分析等确知 ,SNL- 1由 L-鼠李糖、D-木糖、L-阿拉伯糖和 D-葡萄糖组成 ,摩尔比为 4.9∶ 1∶ 2 .4∶ 1 3,Mr为 530 6;SNL- 2由 D-葡萄糖、L-阿拉伯糖组成 ,摩尔比为 1 3.3∶ 1 ,Mr为1 1 2 0 0。SNL- 1以 1 ,4或 1 ,4,6Glc残基为主 ,SNL- 2以 1 ,3或 1 ,3,6Glc残基为主 ,两者都通过 α和β苷键连结而成

【Abstract】 Water soluble polysaccharides SNL 1、SNL 2 Were isolated from Solanum Nigrum L, they were shown to be homogeneous by optical rotation and Sephadex column chromatohrgphy analysis, their molecular weights were respectively estimated to be 5360,11200. Acid hydrolysis, Periodate oxidation, Smith degradation and IR etc analysis showed SNL 1 contained L rhamnose、D xylose、L arabinose、D glucose (molar ratio is 4.9∶1∶2 4∶13) and mainly composed of 1,4 or 1,4,6 Glc residues by α and β glucoside bonds, SNL 2 contained D glucose、L arabinose (molar ratio is 13 3∶1) and mainly composed of 1,3 or 1,3,6 Glc residues by α and β bonds. Polysaccharides were shown to have immune activity by biological analysis.
