氯氮平的电荷转移光度法测定
Spectrophotometric Determination of Clozapine Based on Charge-transfer Reaction
【摘要】 以氯氮平作为电荷给体,7,7,8,8四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)作为电子受体,用分光光度法研究了它们之间形成电荷转移(CT)络合物的条件。结果表明:在丙酮介质中,二者于45℃水浴中恒温1h即可形成1∶1的络合物,其最大吸收波长为743nm,0~175μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=160×104L·mol-1·cm-1。方法的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=8)。对形成CT络合物的机理进行了探讨。应用拟定的方法对氯氮平片进行了含量测定,结果与标准方法一致,回收率为99%。
【Abstract】 The charge-transfer(CT)complex formed between clozapine as the donor and 7,7,8,8Tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)as the acceptor in acetone has been studied by spectrophotometric method.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~175μg/mL of clozapine.The apparent molar absorptivity of CT complex at 743nm is 160×104L·mol-1·cm-1.The composition of CT complex is found to be 1∶1 by Bent-French,slope ratio and Job’s methods.The relative standard deviation is less than 1%(n=8).The method has been applied to the determination of clozapine in tablets with satisfactory results.Recovery has been found to be 99%.
