【摘要】 报道了高效液相色谱法测定红豆杉组织培养物中ｓｉｎｅｎｘａｎｓ含量的方法，其操作简便，可快速、准确地进行样品测定．样品以石油醚（６０～９０℃）—丙酮（５２０）提取后，用Ｓｅｐ－ＰａｋＣ１８进行柱前预处理．采用ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８柱，以甲醇—乙腈—水（６５１５２０）为流动相，流速１．０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，于２２７ｎｍ处进行检测．被检测成分的色谱峰分离完全，方法线性良好．更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study we have developed a protocol for the determination of sinenxans from tissue culture samples of Taxus spp.This protocol allows a large number of samples to be processed and completed in a relatively short period of time.The samples were extracted with petroleum ether(60～90℃)—acetone(5∶20)and pretreated by the use of Sep-Pak C18 cartridges before analysis by HPLC using a Spherisorb C18 column.Being detected at 227nm,sinenxans were well separated by the mobile phase of methanol—acetonitrile—water(65∶15∶20)at a flow rate of 10mL/min,and the calibration curves were good.更多还原
