工艺参数对顶煤冒放性影响的数值分析与硬顶煤的预处理

【摘要】 运用相似材料模型试验,得出了顶煤冒放的桥拱式、半拱式和柱式等3种结构。在煤层条件对顶煤冒放性影响研究的基础上,用有限元正交数值试验,进一步研究了开采工艺参数对顶煤冒放性的影响规律。介绍分析了硬顶煤的预注水软化和预爆破弱化处理方法及应用效果。

【Abstract】 Using similar model experiment, the three forms for the top coal caving and drawing are obtained, which are bridge arch, semi-arch and pillar. Based on the research of the effect of seam conditions on top coal caving and drawing characteristics, the effects of mining technological parameters on top coal caving and drawing characteristics are further researched with finite element orthogonal numerical test. The pretreatment methods and their application of the preliminary water injection to soften and the preliminary blasting to weaken hard top coal are introduced and analyzed.
