《野生动物保护法》颁布的十年

【摘要】 中国野生动物保护法自1989年3月1日颁布以来已经实施了十年。十年来国家发布的配套法规有30余个，地方配套法规有100余个；法制教育在全国大力开展，并自1991年始连续四年开展了全国范围的执法大检查活动。除了全国范围的陆生野生动物调查与监测”项目，以及“中国湿地保护行动计划”等项目外，中国还加强了野生动物驯养繁殖的工作力度现己建各种类型的养鹿场500多处，毛皮动物饲养场上万个，养熊场近百个，珍贵动物繁育中心十余个迁地保护的动物种类有40多种，存栏数量达几十万头。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten Years Elapsed since China Wildlife Conservation Law issuedAbstract:It has been 10 years since the china wildlife Conservation law was enacted onMarch 1st, 1989, During those 10 years,the Chinese government has issued about30 other administrative documents and local governments about 100, all based onthe conservation law. Further, education on the legislative management of wildlifehas been carried out, and beginning in 1991, China instituted a 4 year lawenforcement campaign. Programs concerning wildlife surveys and wetlandprotection, as well as ex situ wildlife conservation were also initiated.
