含砷硫难处理金矿加CaO焙烧预处理研究

【摘要】 本文用热分析法研究了CaO用量α(CaO与金精矿的重量比)为0.33~1.33范围内加石灰焙烧金精矿的焙烧过程。研究发现,当α=1.0时,砷、硫固定率可达88%,该法可有效地消除砷和硫对环境的污染。对含高砷、高硫的金精矿加CaO焙烧时建议采用控制气氛和温度的两段焙烧。对得到的焙砂进行氰化,金的浸出率为88%左右,而未经焙烧预处理的金精矿直接浸出率仅为25.5%。

【Abstract】 The roasting process in which the CaO was added to refractory gold concentrates was studied by the method of thermal analysis.The research showed that the containment of As、S reached 88% when the weight ratio of CaO/gold ore was 1.0. The pollution of As and S could be controlled by this method.It was suggested that the roasting process of gold concentrates and CaO be divided into two stages with some extent of temperature and atmosphere controlled.The gold cyanidation leaching rate of obtained calcine reached 88%,while the cyanidation leachin grate of the gold concentrate was only 25.5%.
