【摘要】 目的观察Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的免疫学变化及其与代谢紊乱和并发症的关系。方法采用单克隆抗体技术及自动生化分析仪，检测了３４例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的淋巴细胞亚群、血清ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３、Ｃ４和ＢＦ。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者较对照组其血清ＩｇＡ水平、ＣＤ８升高，ＣＤ３降低，差异有显著性。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者亦存在细胞免疫和体液免疫的异常，并推测这些异常与其代谢紊乱和并发症有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alterations of lymphocyte subpopulations、serum IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4 and BF in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were measured.We found that the levels of serum IgA and CD8 in patients were higher than those of control subjects,and CD3 in patients was lower than those of controls.According to our findings,cellular immunity and humoral immunity in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were abnormal.It was postulated that the alterations in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes might be related to its metabolic derangement and complication.更多还原
