“pu-1”抗H2S腐蚀钻材钢CCT曲线的测定及应用

【摘要】 利用Ｆｏｒｍａｓｔｏｒ－Ｆ全自动相变测定仪，测定抗Ｈ２Ｓ腐蚀钻材“ｐｕ－１”钢，获得此种钢的ＣＣＴ曲线；证明依据该曲线所制定钢的热处理工艺，所获金相显微结构组织的抗Ｈ２Ｓ腐蚀性能最佳。

【Abstract】 PU-1 H 2S corrosion-resistant drill steel was determined by means of Formaster-Finstrument for full automatic measurement of transformation.CCT curve of the steel was obtained.It has been verified that the developed treatment process based on this curve can produce drill steel with metallographic microstructure having optimized H 2S corrosion-resistant property.
