【Abstract】 Various methods for sample decomposition and parameters of instruumentation were tested.Decomposition of sample in polytetrafluoroethylene beaker and then determination of six elements with ICP AES were adopted. The detremined results of Fe,Al,Ca, B, As and P in industrial silicon or/and multi- crystal silicon can meet commercial requirements.更多还原
