【Abstract】 Water extracted solution of Shencha powder was concentrated to 70° Bx pasts.Concentration time is limited no more than 30min by controlling solution quantity every batch.The past is prepared for instant solid drink. Mixing of shencha powder and coix-lacry-jobi(1:1) are adjusted to 20% moist content and are extru ded by extruding equipment,1～2%β-CD is added to Shencha powder to cover up its bitter tast and odd scent previous both are repared for“health tea”.更多还原
