普文试验林场思茅松无性系种子园营建技术

Study on Construction Techniques of Pinus keyisa var. langbianensis Clonal Seed Orchard in Puwen Experimental Forest Farm

【摘要】 1988~1995年在云南省林业科学院普文试验林场建成了全国第一个思茅松无性系种子园,面积333hm2。本文应用思茅松天然优良林分选择的研究成果,在中选的优良林分中,以5株优势木法、指数法为评选优树的方法,详细介绍了思茅松无性系种子园建园材料的选择标准和方法。以普文思茅松无性系种子园建设为例,从园址选择、种子园区划、苗木培育、优树收集区和种子生产区的建立方面系统地介绍了思茅松无性系种子园的建园技术及方法。并就如何通过半同胞子代测定评估优良家系的遗传增益,以及建立展示林、试验林等作了论述。普文思茅松无性系种子园的建设经验,可供今后继续扩大建园参考。

【Abstract】 The first Pinus keyisa var. langbianensis clonal seed orchard of 33 3hm 2 of China was constructed in Puwen forest farm of Yunnan Academy of Forest Sciences from 1988 to 1995.Elite stand were selected out by using the research achievements about Pinus keyisa var. langbianensis stand.To these elite stand, the criterion and method of selecting elite tree were introduced by using the elite selection of 5 superior trees and exponential methods. Taking the construction of Puwen Pinus keyisa var.langbianensis clonal seed orchard as an example, a series techniques and methods on construction of Pinus keyisa var. langbianensisclonal seed orchard including selection of site for seed orchard, seed orchard division, seedling raising, construction of elite tree-providing area and seed-producing area were introduced systematically. Techniques on evaluating genetic gain of superiority families by half-sib progeny test and construction of display forest and experimental forest were studied as well. The experience of construction of Pinus keyisa var. langbianensis clonal seed orchard provided direction for the further enlarge of Pinus keyisa var. langbianensis seed orchard.
