【Abstract】 Three kinds of microbe (bacterium,mold spores and yeast) cultured and made into solution in vitro were sterilized by microwave.Except bacterium spore,others were completely inactivated within time of 50Sec..The difference of yeast cell structures processed by microwave sterilization and Pasteurization were observed and microanalysesed by transmission electron microscope.Possible mechanism for nonthermal microwave effect are discussed.更多还原
