蚕豆籽粒中几种重金属研究初探

【摘要】 通过对蚕豆籽粒中的Cu.Zn,Tb,Cd的分析研究,结果表明,不同金属元素在蚕豆籽粒中的迁移积累状况不同,蚕豆籽粒中Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd的含量与土壤中该元素含量呈正相关.蚕豆籽粒对4种重金属的吸收系数顺序为Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb,Cd最容易向蚕豆籽粒迁移积累,Pb最难迁移.蚕豆籽粒中4种重金属元素含量有超标现象.

【Abstract】 The content of toxic metal ions, such as Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd was determined in the soils and broadbean(Vicia faba L. ) that were sampled from study area. The results represent that different toxic metals show different dynamics of accumulation in the seed of broadean, showing the extents as follows: Cd> Zn>Cu>Pb, and the contents of toxic metals in broadbean are closely related to that of metals in soil. It has found that among all toxic metals, Cd is the most intaking metal but Pb is the least from soil to broadbean. Some of toxic metals in broadbean analyzed in this investigation are quantitatively more than allowed in accordance to the safety permit of food of national standard.
