【摘要】 将ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ扩增产物再次扩增后直接进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，ＥＢ染色后在紫外灯下可直接照相 观察基因表达差异．这一改进可避免使用同位素，同时也简化了操作程序，使操作极其简单方便．

【Abstract】 The differential display can perform by means of double PCR amplification, runing no- denatured polyamlanide gel and EB stain. The modification avoid using istopic, and this manipulation is safe, convenient and simple.
