三维裂纹弹塑性J积分计算技术研究及工程应用
Research and Application of 3-D Crack Elastic-Plastic J-integral Calculation
【摘要】 为解决三维裂纹研究需要,本文开发了一套基于增量理论的三维弹塑性有限元程序,并编制了使用虚裂纹扩展法计算J积分的后处理程序。通过计算中心穿透裂纹和表面裂纹J积分并与现有解进行比较,考核了该程序的计算精度。在此基础上,计算了中心理藏裂纹J积分JE并与相应的穿透裂纹J积分JT进行比较,提出以p/a=0.4作为埋藏裂纹再表征为穿透裂纹的控制条件。
【Abstract】 This paper developes a 3-D elastic-plastic finite element program based on the plastic increment theory, and provides a program of J-integral calculation using the virtual crack extension method in order to meet the requirement of 3-D crack research. The accuracy of the program is verified by calculating the J-integral of through-thickness crack at the center and surface crack and comparing with available values.On the basis of these, this paper also calculates the J-integral JE of embedded crack at center which is compared with J-integral JT of corresponding throughthickness crack, and provides that p/a= 0. 4 is the control condition of recharacterized of embedded crack.
