复合加载条件下含缺陷结构L_r参量的研究及其在周向裂纹管中的应用
Study on Parameter L_r of Structures Containing Defects in Multiple Loading System and Its Applications in Circumferentially Cracked Piping
【摘要】 本文对复合加载条件含缺陷结构的Lr参量进行了研究,建立了表示结构Lr参量与两个无因次载荷(M/Mcy及N/Ncy)关系的通用加载方程:式中结构参数m因结构及缺陷的不同而在1至2之间变化,如对于穿透裂纹平板m=2,对周向裂纹管m<2。文中结出了m=1和m=2时结构Lr参量的显函数表达式。对于任何含缺陷结构,Lr参量采用直线近似解时,将给出保守的评定结果,其最小误差小于25%。
【Abstract】 The parameter Lr of structures containing defects was studied. For conbined tensile and bending loading system, the general loading equation which expresses the relationship between Lr and two dimensionless loads was derived. Here the tension load N and the bending moment M were normalized by their limit loads N, for pure tension and Mcy for pure bending respectively. The structure parameter m varies from 1 to 2 from differ ent structures. For example, m= 2 for through-wall cracked plates and m<2 for the cir cumferentially cracked piping. The explicit expressions of Lr were given for m = 1 and m = 2.The assessment result is conservative and the maximum error was less then 25%, if the straight line (m= 1 ) equation is used for any defective structures
