人工晶状体表面细胞移行及吞噬功能的实验研究
Experimental study on capacity of phagocytosis and migration of cells on thesurface of implanted intraocular lens
【摘要】 目的研究后房型人工晶状体(PCIOL)植入术后晶状体表面细胞的生物学特性。方法20只兔行PCIOL植入术,分别于术后1、3、7、14、28d分组取出人工晶状体行光镜及扫描电镜检查。结果参与反应的细胞主要有巨噬细胞、类上皮细胞、成纤维细胞样细胞、异物巨细胞和超大巨细胞。胞浆内含有空泡及色素颗粒。细胞特性随术后时间不同而变化,细胞体积增大,表面的微绒毛及微皱襞相对减少。结论这些细胞均来源于巨噬细胞的融合、变形,具有移行及吞噬功能,且其吞噬功能随术后时间的推移逐渐降低
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the biological characteristic of cells on the surface of posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL)after implantation.MethodsPC IOLs were implanted in 20 adult pigmented rabbit eyes.PC IOLs were extracted 1,3,7,14 and 28 d,respectively after operation.Samples were observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).ResultsWe found that macrophages,epithelioid cells,fibroblast like cells,foreign body giant cells and ultra large cells were involved in the reaction with vacuoles and melanin granules in their cytoplasm.The characteristic of these cells changed with increasing postoperative time.The volume of the cells enlarged while the long thin microvilli and plump wide microplicae on the surface of the cells reduced.ConclusionAll of these cells with capacity of phagocytosis and migration are formed by fusion and transformation of macrophages.Furthermore,the capacity of phagocytosis goes down with longer postoperative time.
