【摘要】 目的应用减视年数（ｐｏｔｅｎｔｉａｌｙｅａｒｓｏｆｖｉｓｉｏｎｌｏｓｔ，ＰＹＶＬ）指标分析四川省因角膜病致盲的危害程度。方法采用《四川省１９８６年盲目和低视力流行病学调查》资料进行减视年数指标分析。结果四川省因角膜病致盲的减视年数率高于白内障致盲的减视年数率，不同于患病率的结果是后者高于前者。结论减视年数指标可以反映不同年龄视力损失程度的群体和个体差别。角膜病是防盲工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo　study　the　harmful　degree　of　blindness　caused　by　corneal　diseases　to　the　community　and　individuals　in　Sichuan　Province　by　the　index　of　potential　years　of　vision　lost(PYVL).MethodsBy　a　new　index,PYVL,the　data　of　blindness　and　low　vision　caused　by　corneal　diseases　in　1986　in　Sichuan　Province　were　analysed.ResultsThe　PYVL　rate　of　blindness　caused　by　corneal　diseases　is　higher　than　that　of　cataract,although　cataract　occupies　the　highest　prevalence.ConclusionThe　PYVL　index　can　reveal　the　different　effect　of　visual　defect　of　different　age　groups　of　the　community　and　individuals　but　prevalence　can’t.The　prevention　and　treatment　of　corneal　disease　is　an　important　task　in　the　prevention　of　blindness.更多还原
