【摘要】 目的比较和评价预防性治疗孔源性视网膜脱离（ｒｈｅｇｍａｔｏｇｅｎｏｕｓｒｅｔｉｎａｌｄｅｔａｃｈｍｅｎｔ，ＲＲＤ）临床效果。方法对１９８８年１０月到１９９６年７月预防性治疗ＲＲＤ的结果进行回顾性研究。结果２７０例患者近视眼占７０．７％。经预防性治疗后均未出现视网膜脱离，其中１６只眼经激光封孔失败后改行视网膜冷冻联合外加压术。经预防治疗后新裂孔出现为２３只眼（７．０４％），出现黄斑部视网膜前膜１３只眼（４．３２％）。术后视力不变及改善者占９３．５６％。结论预防治疗ＲＲＤ是一种有效、安全的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo　compare　and　assess　the　clinical　results　of　preventive　treatment　for　the　rhegmatogenous　retinal　detachment(RRD).MethodsThe　prophylactic　treatment　results　for　the　rhegmatogenous　retinal　detachment　carried　in　our　department　during　October,1988　to　July,1996　were　reviewed.Results213　eyes(70.7%)　were　myopic.All　treated　eyes　had　been　remained　stable　without　detachment.Among　which,16　eyes　were　treated　with　retinal　cryocoagulation　combined　with　sclera　buckles　after　failed　to　seal　the　retinal　tears　by　argon　laser.23　eyes(7.04%)　of　the　treated　eyes　developed　new　holes.Macular　pucker　were　found　in　13　eyes(4.32%).The　visual　acuity　was　improved　or　stayed　stable　in　93.56%　of　all　the　treated　patients.ConclusionPreventive　treatment　for　rhegmatogenous　retinal　detachment　may　be　an　effective　and　safe　means.更多还原
