【摘要】 目的:了解人白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)表达与单疱病毒性角膜炎(Herpessimplex keratitis,HSK)的关系,揭示HSK发病机制。方法:应用流式细胞术(Flow cytometry,FCM)检测32例HSK患者(溃疡型及基质型各16例)外周血HLA-ABC、HLA-DR、HLA-DP、HLA-DQ抗原表达,并与7例正常人进行对照。结果:溃疡型及基质型HSK患者外周血HLA-ABC抗原表达均明显低于正常人,HLA-DR及HLA-DP抗原表达均明显高于正常人,溃疡型与基质型HLA抗原表达均无明显差异。结论:HSK患者免疫反应模式与正常人不同,具有这种免疫反应模式机体不仅不能正常清除感染的病毒,而且有自身免疫的参与,从而导致HSK的发生。眼科学报1998;14:61—63。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To understand the correlation between the expression of human leukocyte antigen from peripheral blood and herpetic keratitis so as to find the pathogenesis of HSK. Methods: The expression of HLA - ABC, HLA - DR, HLA - DP, HLA - DQ from peripheral blood of 32 cases with herpes simplex keratitis (the stromatic and ulcer herpetic keratitis are 16 cases respectively) , comparing with the normal people, were investigated by flow cytometry.Results: The expression rate of HLA - ABC from peripheral blood of patients with herpetic keratitis (both the stromatic and ulcer groups) was lower, and the expression of HLA - DR and HLA - DP was higher than normal people. No difference was found between the stromatic and the ulcer herpetic keratitis in the expression of HLA-ABC, HLA-DR, HLA-DP, HLA-DQ. Conclusion : The immune model in patients with herpetic keratitis is different from normal people. The individual with this kind of immune model can not destroy the infected virus effectively, also show autoimmunization to cornea. Eye Science 1998; 14 : 61 - 63.更多还原
