交变流动蓄冷器阻力特性

【摘要】 交变流动的阻力特性不同于稳态流动,其阻力特性表现为动态参数的波动压降和相位差.本文给出了50Hz交变流动蓄冷器的阻力特性实验结果.以雷诺数和无因次距离为准则数拟合了交变流动蓄冷器最大和平均压降因子的准则关系式.与稳态经验公式得出的压力降的值进行比较,发现交变流动蓄冷器的压力降为稳态流动的2至3倍.同时,给出了不同丝网目数对应的极值雷诺数和无因次相位差的准则关系式.

【Abstract】 n this paper, details experimental data of oscillating pressure drops and phase shift characteristics of 50Hz high frequency regenerators were presented. The correlation equation for the maximum and cycleaverage pressure drops factors in terms of Reynolds number Re and dimensionless distance X were obtained. It is found that the value of the cycledaveraged pressure drop of the oscillating flow in regenerator is 2 to 3 times higher that of a steady flow at the same Reynolds numbers. In addition, the relationship of the phase shifts between the velocity and pressure wave were also obtained.
