陶瓷材料微波加工用高场强单模谐振腔的研究
Study on the Singlemode Cavity with High Field IntensityUsed for Microwave Processing of Ceramics
【摘要】 设计性能优良的微波加热系统,是研究微波加工陶瓷的重要内容之一.介绍了所研究的用于陶瓷材料微波加工的TE103单模谐振腔系统的原理、结构特点,并对其特性进行了测试研究.结构设计中采用了可调短路活塞及滑动耦合膜片,获得的空腔品质因数高达4200,加载后电压驻波比可调至1.02.在加热区域可获得很高的电场强度,因而可实现陶瓷材料的快速加热.对ZTA、Si3N4、Al2O3等先进陶瓷成功地进行了烧结、连接.该系统可方便地用于具有不同介质特性的小尺寸陶瓷件的烧结、连接等加工.
【Abstract】 ne of the important aspects of the research works on microwave processing of ceramics is to develop an advanced microwave heating system with optimum performance. The principle and design features of the singlemode TE103 cavity used for microwave processing of ceramics is studied. Also, its properties are tested. By adjusting a short circuit and a sliding coupling iris, the quality factor of the empty cavity reaches as high as 4200, and the voltage standingwave ratio (VSWR) is approximate to 1.02 under loaded. As the electric field intensity is very high, the system can heat ceramics rapidly. Ceramics, such as ZTA, Si3N4, Al2O3, have been sintered or joined successfully. The system is applicable for sintering or joining of smallscale ceramic samples with different dielectric properties.
