【摘要】 血管横向阻抗是血液动力学的重要参量之一，但人们对横向阻抗的研究却相当缺乏，相关的实验数据也很稀少。本文提出通过血管顺应性确定血管横向阻抗的方法，并给出狗颈动脉、股动脉和主动脉横向阻抗的数据，结果与Milnor等（1978）以及Busse等（1979）的结果相当吻合，表明本文提出的方法是一种简便可靠的确定横向阻抗的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The arterial transverse impedance is an important hemodynamic parameter, but studies and experimental results on which are much lacking. In this paper a method to determine the arterial transverse impedance through the arterial compliance of unit length vessel is jointly, with the related data of transverse impedance in the canine arteries including carotid、femoral artery、and aorta. These results agree well with the experiments of Milnor et al(1978) and Busse et al(1979) in vivo, which showed the method given in this study is simple and useful for the determination of vascular transverse impedance.更多还原
