牡丹皮流浸膏对实验性癫痫及小鼠自发活动的影响
Antiepileptic action and inhibition of autonomic activity of extract of moutan cortex in mice
【摘要】 目的研究牡丹皮流浸膏(extractofmoutancortex,EMC)对多种实验性癫痫模型及小鼠自发活动的影响。方法采用最大电惊厥(maximalelectroshockseizure,MES)及戊四唑、士的宁、氨基脲等惊厥模型。结果EMC(11,相当于生药量375mgkg-1,500mgkg-1,ig)可剂量依赖性对抗小鼠MES及戊四唑、士的宁、氨基脲所致小鼠惊厥作用。EMC作用峰时为1~2h;EMC(250mgkg-1)可增强苯巴比妥抗MES作用。此外EMC(250mgkg-1,ig)可剂量依赖性抑制小鼠自发活动。结论EMC具有明显抗癫痫作用并可抑制小鼠自发活动。
【Abstract】 Objective The effects of the extract of moutan cortex on experimental seizures and autonomic activity were studied in mice. Methods The maximal electroshock seizure(MES), and the seizures induced by metrazol, strychnine or semcarbazide were applied in this paper. Results EMC(375 ̄500 mg·kg-1,ig) had a dosedependent protective effects against MES in mice, and could antagonize the seizures induced by metrazol, strychnine, semcarbazide, and enhance protective effects of phenobarbital against MES in mice. Its peak time was at 1 ̄2 h after administration. In addition, it was also observed that EMC could reduce numbers of autonomic activity dosedependently in mice. Conclusions EMC had significantly antiepileptic activity and inhibitory effect of autonomic activity.
