硼酸铝制备熔块中硫酸钾浸溶动力学
Study on Dissolution Kinetic of Potassium Sulfate from Melting Salt Block of Aluminum Borate
【摘要】 用明矾与硼酸和硫酸钾在1150℃下合成硼酸铝(9Al2O3·2B2O3)晶体,得到圆柱型绕结块。对于在水中,不同搅拌速率(100—800r/min)、温度(20—80℃)和酸度(盐酸0.1—2.0mol/L,硫酸0.1—1.0mol/L)时熔块中硫酸钾的浸溶动力学进行了研究,用Stumm和Avrami方程计算,给出了动力学方程及活化能。
【Abstract】 At 1150℃ the aluminum borate crystal was synthesized by the raw materials of alum and boric acid in the melting potassium sulfate,and a cylindrical melting block was obtained. The dissolution experments for the K2SO4 in the block such as washer,different concentration of HCl (0.1-2mol/L) and H2SO4 (0.1-1.0mol/L) and temperature (20℃-80℃),stirring rate (100-800r/min) has been studied respectively. The kinetics equation of infiltration in water and in acid,and the activation engergy have been calcuted according to Stumm equation and Avrami equation.
