经济型轴类零件形位误差测量仪的研制
Development of economical form and position error measuring instrument for shaft parts
【摘要】 在偏摆仪基础上,以MCS-51单片机为核心,研制了“经济型轴类零件形位误差测量仪”。介绍了测量仪的机械结构、硬件电路及软件设计原理,并对测量仪的误差进行了分析。该仪器可用于圆度、轴线直线度、同轴度和径向跳动误差等项目的测量。
【Abstract】 Based on the run out measuring instrument, developes out economical form and position error measuring instrument controlled by 8031 single chip microcomputer. Mainly introduces the construction of the mechanical device, the principle of the hardware circuit and software design, and analyzes the error of the measuring instrument. This instrument is used for measuring roundness, axis straightness, coaxality and circular run out error of shaft parts.
