一种精密的微波群时延校准装置
A precise apparatus for calibrating the mricrowave group time delay
【摘要】 精密的微波群时延校准装置采用双通道混频技术,以宽带微波放大器作为隔离器,低频数字相位计作为测量标准器。在2~18 GHz的频率范围内,测量不确定度为:(0.1~0.2)ns+0.2τ_g%。详细论述了装置的工作原理、技术特点、不确定度分析、技术指标的确定等。
【Abstract】 Two-channel mixing technique is used to a precise apparatus for calibrating the microwave group time delay. When the windband microwave amplifier used as an isolator, low frequency digital phase meter as measurement standard, uncertainty of measurement is (0.1~0.2)ns+0.2ι_g% in the frequency range of 2~18 GHz.
