多孔铝合金材料吸声性能的研究
Study on Sound Absorbent Property of Porous Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 采用加压铸造工艺制备了多孔铝合金。多孔铝合金的孔隙尺寸为0.5~1.6mm,孔隙率为60%~80%,通孔率为85%~11%,最大制品尺寸为11mm×100mm。多孔金属具有较大的吸声系数,不同的多孔铝合金其吸声系数随频率的变化趋势基本相同。当声波频率增加时,多孔铝合金的吸声系数增大。减小孔隙尺寸和增加孔隙率,多孔铝合金的吸声系数增大。当声波频率在3.5kHz时,吸声系数达到最大。
【Abstract】 Porous aluminum alloy was fabricated with pressure casting in the paper, which pore size is 0.5~ 1 .6 mm and porosity is 60% ~ 80%, and the the mum size of the product is 100 mm × 100 mm. The sound absorbentproperty is measured in the experiment. It was found that the porous aluminum alloy has peat sound absorbent coefficient. For different porous aluminum alloys, the change of sound absorbent coefficient with sound frequency is basicallysame. When sound frequency increases, the sound absorbent coefficient of porous aluminum alloy increases. In addition,with increasing porosity of porous aluminum or decreasing pore size, sound absorbent coefficient also increases. Whensound frequency is 3. 5 kHz, the sound absorbent coefficient become the maximum, which is different with different poresize and porosity.
