【摘要】 采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）测定了活血抗纤复方对日本血吸虫性早期肝纤维化小白鼠体内血清中Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原（ＰｒｏｃｏｌｅｇｅｎＴｙｐｅⅠ和ＰｒｏｃｏｌｅｇｅｎＴｙｐｅⅢ）的作用。结果表明：活血抗纤复方具有明显的降解ＰＣ－Ⅲ型纤维的作用，可以使胶原纤维明显减少，血清ＰＣ－Ⅲ含量显著下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）；血清ＰＣ－Ⅰ型前胶原有所下降，但与对照组比较，无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明中药能有效地抑制实验动物血清中ＰＣ－Ⅰ型前胶原含量增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），但不能抑制血清中ＰＣ－Ⅲ型增加（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示活血抗纤复方（桃仁水蛭煎剂）能有效地促进实验性肝纤维化的吸收与分解，具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of prunus persica (LR)　batsob on quantitative analysis of PCⅠ　and PCⅢ　were studied by RIA　in mice with schistosomiasis japonicum hepatic fibrosis.The results indicatedthatPCⅢintheexperimentalgroup was decreased than of control groups(P<0.01).　No　significant differences were shown between prunue persica(LR)　batsob groups and control groups in the blood PCⅠ　(P>0.05).This indicates,at least in part,the prunus presica(LR)　batsob can increase collage fiber degradation.更多还原
