静态自蔓延高温合成陶瓷涂层试验研究
Study on the Ceramic Coating of Linedceramic Pipe Formed by Static SHS
【摘要】 采用静态自蔓延高温合成法在碳钢钢管内壁生成一层均匀致密的陶瓷涂层,研究了不同组成的陶瓷涂层相组成及显微组织。结果表明,添加适量的SiO2作为稀释剂,可以生成低熔点的硅铝化合物Al6Si2O13,减少了涂层孔隙,改善了陶瓷涂层的组织结构。
【Abstract】 A uniform dense ceramic coating on the inner surface of steel pipe is formed by static SHS process.The phase constituent and microstructure of ceramic coating with different compositions were investigated.The results show that adding appropriate SiO2 as diluent can produce aluminum silicate Al6Si2O13 with low melting point,decrease porosity of ceramic coating and densify its structure.
