纳米微晶SnO2薄膜的制备和光学性能的研究
Preparation of Nanocrystalline SnO2 Thin Films and Researchon Its Optical Characteristics
【摘要】 以无机盐为原料制备得到纳米微晶SnO2薄膜。由透射比曲线计算发现,随热处理温度的升高,薄膜的折射率、消光系数均增大。研究表明,掺Ti的SnO2薄膜吸收边的跃迁属间接跃迁,随晶粒尺寸的减小,间接带宽增大。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline SnO2 thin films was prepared from inorganic salt.According to calculation of the transmittance curve,it was found that refractive index and extinction coefficient of the thin films increased with decreasement of the heating temperature.As a showing of research work,the absorption edge of Ti doped SnO2 thin films was attributable to indirect transition.The band gap of the films increased with decreasing grain size.
