【Abstract】 In　this　paper,a　type　of　noncontact　ultrasonic　motor　using　cylindrical　stator　is　researched,which　has　a　small　gap　between　stator　and　rotor.The　construction　and　simulating　method　are　given,and　its　output　characteristics　are　tested.The　revolution　direction　of　the　rotor　is　opposite　to　that　of　contact　motor,and　the　revolution　speed　is　roughly　proportional　to　the　input　voltage.更多还原
