【Abstract】 To evaluate the efficacy of moclobemide in the of depression. Methods: forty inpatients with majar de-pression who met with CCMD - 2 - R dipotic cn’ tera were randomly treated with moclobemine or imipramint for 4weeks. and HAMD. CGI and TESS were ed in order to evaluate their efficacy and safety. Results: The efficacy of mo-cfobemint was similar to imipramine in the treatment of depnaion. P > 0.05, and its side enects were significantly fewer than imipramine, P<0.05. Conclusion: Moclobemine is a safe and useful drug for the treatment of major depression.更多还原
