【摘要】 为了探讨肺癌中ｎｍ２３基因产物核苷二磷酸激酶的表达及其临床意义，应用免疫组化方法（ＳＰ法）检测肺癌组织标本中ｎｍ２３基因产物核苷二磷酸激酶的表达．结果，ｎｍ２３基因产物核苷二磷酸激酶在肺癌中表达阳性率为５４％，其中鳞癌４２％，腺癌６９％，两者有显著差别．ｎｍ２３基因产物核苷二磷酸激酶表达与肺鳞癌有无淋巴结转移显著相关，与肺腺癌有无淋巴结转移无显著相关性．ｎｍ２３基因可能在不同类型肺癌的形成和转移过程中起不同的调节作用，在肺鳞癌淋巴结转移过程中发挥负性调控作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to find the correlation between the expression of nm23 gene product nucleoside diphosphatekinase(NDPK) and its clinical significance immunohistochemical method(S P method) was used to study the expression of nm23/NDPK in lung cancer.Expression of nm23/NDPK were 54% in the lung cancer tissues, of which squamous cell carcinoma was 42% and adenocarcinoma was 69%. The expression of nm23/NDPK positive staining rate was higher in adenocarcinoma than that in squamous cell carcinoma.Higher incidence of positive staining was also found in squamous cell carcinoma without lymph node metastasis than that in those with lymph node involvement. There was no statistically significant correlation between expression of nm23/NDPK and the degree of differentiation of lung cancer.Our data indicated that nm23 gene may play different parts in the pathogenesis and metastasis of human lung cancer. Its expression levels are inversely correlated with lymph node metastasis in squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
