【摘要】 甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗前血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度显著高于正常人，治疗后明显下降，与正常对照组无显著性差异．甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗前血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度显著低于正常对照组，治疗后血浆内皮素和心房钠尿肽浓度明显上升，与正常人对照组无显著性差异，甲状腺素与血浆内皮素、心房钠尿肽浓度呈正相关．甲状腺功能亢进症患者脉压大于８．１ｋＰａ者比小于８．１ｋＰａ者血浆内皮素浓度明显减少，血浆心房钠尿肽浓度明显升高更多还原

【Abstract】 Before treatment,the concentration of plasma endothelin(ET) and artrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in hyperthyroidism patients was much higher than that in the normal group .The concentration of plasma ET and ANP dropped down remarkably after treatment.In the hypothyroidism patients,the concentration of plasma ET and ANP before treatment was much lower than that in the normal group.After successful treatment,the concentration rose remarkably.The concentration of plasma ET was more remarkably decreased,but the ANP concentration was more remarkably promoted in patients whose pulse pressure difference was over 8.1kPa than those whose pulse pressure difference was below 8.1kPa.更多还原
